We ensure that every return is handled with care to maintain our commitment to ethical consumption and quality craftsmanship.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the eco-friendly packaging provided with your original shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
